Development Plans:

The future development of Shepherds Highlands includes the beauties of nature; completion of the fountains; irrigating the 5 acre meadow reserve; and developing its two-fold theme - a Wild Bird Sanctuary with the beauty of a Scottish-Irish linx landform.

The 10 acre reserve will be enhanced by sculpting some trees to provide secluded picnic areas. Additional planting of wildflowers along the banks of the ponds will add to the seasonal color.

There will be no additional home sites in the future development of Shepherds Highlands; and there will be no encroachment of our beautiful nature areas. The development plans for the future consist of enhancing the beautiful nature areas (sanctuaries) and maintaining the privacy of our streets.
